Privacy Policy
Night Shift Office LLC ("Night Shift Office", "we") runs the Night Shift Office app and website. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Last updated October 26, 2026.
What we collect
When you send a ticket through the app we receive the photos you choose, the details you type (bill-to company, load or job number, amount, notes) and your contact details (name, company, email and, if you enter it, phone). We do not collect your location, contacts or any other data from your phone.
How we use it
Only to provide our service: preparing your invoices, following up on payments, keeping your records and contacting you about your account. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Ticket submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, and in our business email. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Your name and contact details and your ticket history are also saved on your own phone so you do not have to type them again. You can clear them by clearing the app's site data in your browser settings or uninstalling the app.
Sharing
We share your information only with the service providers above, with your customers when we send them an invoice on your behalf, or when the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your records while you are a client and as long as needed for tax and business records afterward. To get a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, email anderson77ronnie@gmail.com.
Children
The app is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
